1. Who we are
“Aantiya Parivar” (the app and this website) is a family directory for the Aantiya community. The app and website are developed and managed by Agevole Innovation, which looks after the servers and your data on behalf of the community. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Agevole Innovation acting for Aantiya Parivar.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you or your family head enter, or what is needed to run the service. We do not collect your precise location or contacts list.
3. Microphone and voice typing
The app and website offer an optional voice typing button next to text fields. It only listens after you tap it, and stops when you stop speaking or tap again. Your speech is turned into text by your phone's own speech service (Google speech recognition on Android, Apple speech recognition on iPhone) or by your web browser. We do not receive or store any audio recordings; we only receive the text you decide to save. The microphone permission can be switched off at any time in your phone or browser settings, and typing by keyboard always works.
4. How we use your information
- To sign you in (OTP by SMS) and to show you your family and the community directory.
- To let verified community members search for relatives. Details you mark as private are hidden from people outside your family (see section 6).
- To send notifications, birthday and community announcements, and reminders such as the yearly education-result reminder.
- To review changes: edits to existing profiles are checked by the community administrators before they are published.
- To keep the service safe, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not profile you.
5. Who can see it, and who we share it with
- Other verified members of the community can see the profile details you have not hidden. Your family members can see your full profile.
- Community administrators and our support team can see data as needed to approve changes and run the service.
- Service providers that work for us: an SMS gateway (to deliver your OTP and so receives your mobile number and the OTP message), OneSignal (push notifications, receives your device identifier), our hosting provider (stores the data on its servers), and, for voice typing only, your phone's or browser's speech service.
- Legal or safety reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of members.
Nobody else receives your data. Photos you upload are stored on our server and are shown only inside the app and website to signed-in members.
6. Your choices and rights
- Privacy switches: in your profile you can hide your profile photo, date of birth and age, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, and marital status from people outside your family.
- Correct your details: update your profile in the app or on the website form; changes are checked and then published.
- Access or delete: ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it (or to remove your profile), by writing to inquiry@agevole.in from the registered email or calling +91 75675 83505. We will verify that the request is from you and reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
- Notifications and permissions: you can turn off notifications, the microphone and photo access at any time in your phone settings.
- Sign out: you can sign out on any device from the app or the website.
7. Security and storage
Access always needs an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. All traffic uses HTTPS, one-time passwords are stored only in hashed form and expire within minutes, private details are hidden by our servers (not just in the screen), uploaded files are checked, and administrator actions are logged. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix problems quickly.
We keep your information while your profile is part of the directory, and remove it when you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep a record for legal reasons. Technical logs are kept only for a short period.
8. Cookies on the website
The website uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on the form.
9. Children
Profiles of children are added by their parents or the family head. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Parents can ask us to correct or remove a child's details at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app.
